Burrito Illness: Severe Dehydration

I ate a burrito supreme and steak quesadilla. Within hours I was projectile vomiting and had severe diarrhea. This lasted for over 48 hours in which I became dehydrated. Thanks.

Ordered a breakfast taco, was sick throwing up two hours later. My boyfriend and friend ate at the same location and got sick just hours later as well.
