It was just me. I ordered a chalupa meal that has 1 beef taco and 2 beef chalupa. They all had lettuce on them. I ate at 7pm. Upset stomach and nausea started at around 12:30 am. Vomiting started at 4:30 am.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
