I ate Chef Boyardee on Friday, January 28 for lunch possibly around 2pm. Shortly after my stomach started hurting and I felt blotted. About 4:30pm I started throwing up violently and continue to get sick the whole night. I do not remember where I purchased the can. Could have been Walmart or WinCo.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Bloating, Stomach Pain

I have eaten this several times and all times I got nausea and diarrhea. Last time I ate this was yesterday and today I was miserable. I have slight gastrointestinal issues but never this bad; where I'm sitting on the toilet with diarrhea and a garbage can… See more

It was just me. I ordered a chalupa meal that has 1 beef taco and 2 beef chalupa. They all had lettuce on them. I ate at 7pm. Upset stomach and nausea started at around 12:30 am. Vomiting started at 4:30 am.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
