I ordered food last night. I got a Mexican pizza that's what I had that was different from my family. We ate around 8pm around 2am I woke up sick. Vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, nausea. Today I still feel horrible. Can't keep anything down. I'm going to urgent care

We ate last night around 12am. We both had pintos and cheese. I had two hard tacos and a nacho bel Grande. He had a steak quesadilla. At about 530am I woke up and threw up violently

I ordered my food at 8:25 pm around 12:30 I started projectile puking all over my bathroom when I went to get water from the kitchen I had to run back to the bathroom then around 1am I started having diarrhea along with a headache
