1-25-2026 3:40pm. Mexican Pizza, first few bites had a strange flavor, thought I was imagining it. Then stomach cramps started at about 9-10pm, then vomiting and cramping for the next couple hours. Throwing up Mexican pizza.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
