I had taco bell at 4:30 in the afternoon i had a chicken and steak quesarito and a number 6 at around 9 and 10 i complained that my stomach had bothered me. At 12:30 i was vomiting and having dirrhea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
