Taco Illness: Ongoing Symptoms

I eat from this taco bell often and never had these issues. i ate there on October 30th and when I woke up on the 31st I was horribly sick to my stomach. Taco bell was the only thing I ate. It is now Novet2bd and I still have diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

It happen on June 30th, I had 3 tacos, 2 dorito ones and I can’t recall the other one. That same day I threw up several times and had terrible symptoms. I ended up going to the hospital due to passing out. After 5 days, I’m finally starting to feel a bit better.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
