White Castle, I had gotten some late night food delivered to my house, was my only meal of the day. I had ate 2 veggie burgers & 2 filet-fish sliders. This was about 1-2 am. About 6 am come, and I am violently puking & sick to my stomach.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

I eat from this taco bell often and never had these issues. i ate there on October 30th and when I woke up on the 31st I was horribly sick to my stomach. Taco bell was the only thing I ate. It is now Novet2bd and I still have diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

It happen on June 30th, I had 3 tacos, 2 dorito ones and I can’t recall the other one. That same day I threw up several times and had terrible symptoms. I ended up going to the hospital due to passing out. After 5 days, I’m finally starting to feel a bit better.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I purchased a 4 for $4 with the double stacker the soda machine was broken so I had the fountain strawberry lemonade this is about 2:40 pm 12/30 by 4pm I had the runs then vomiting. I left work an continue to vomit then i went to the E.R  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
