ordered orange chicken, five spice shrimp, Vietnamese spring rolls and white rice. Delivered at 730. Stomach started feeling bloated and full around 8-830. Started feeling extreme pain in stomach. Pressure. Nausea set on around 1000. Starting throwing up by 1015 and still continues, Currently 1132  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills
