Sirloin & Shrimp Illness

I had the 8 oz sirloin with shrimp. We finished dinner and were home by 7:30. Around 7:45 I was in the bathroom with diarrhea. I went to sleep around 9:30. Woke up at 11:40 feeling very nauseous and in a cold sweat. I threw up at 11:55.
