- comments: observed 3 live cockroaches in the food prep area. Observed 2 live cockroaches around the floor drain in the food prep area and 1 live cockroach inside of the motor housing of the 2 door prep cooler. Additional pest control service is needed to eliminate the pest activity. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a). Citation issued.
