i had a chicken dish with roasted tomatoes. cherry tomatoes capers and artichoke hearts. fairly certain that was the culprit

I ate the steak diane on a Sunday night. The following morning I was vomiting, having diarrhea, stomach cramps, sweats/chills. I went to the hospital that night and was given fluids and anti-nausea medication. It is now Friday morning and i’m still sick.
