We visited tonight for an earlier dinner. My boyfriend got the French dip sandwich, French fries, and a coke. We hadn’t eaten since eggs at home for breakfast and packed pb and j sandwiches from home on the trip to Savannah. 2 hours after we got back from eating, he had severe vomiting and diarrhea.

Myself, my husband, granddaughter, her husband and their 22 month old son ate lunch at the Cotton Exchange on Monday Feb 19, 2018 at about 1:00pm. The common food the 4 adults ate was the spinach dip appetizer. The baby did not eat any. Everyone was feeling…
