Rare Beef, Symptoms Follow

Rare beef  10 hours before I got sick.I ate roast beef Sunday lunch. Beef was pretty rare but usually not a problem for me. Ate nothing else that day afterwards aside from cheese and crackers at home.. 
Sunday 19th September   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
