Frozen Mandarin Chicken Illness

Last night I got some frozen food from Trader Joe's called mandarin orange chicken. I made it late at night before going to bed 2 hours later. I was up all night using the restroom and now still having issues and it's 5:30pm the next day. About 20 hours later
