Trail Mix Causes Diarrhea

Second day I always have diarrhea from Trade Joe's “trail mix.” Not only does it taste like genetic engineering, it also looks like cashnewnuts couple have black spots white super poor quality in general and trail mix full of hazelnuts that no one wants!!!!

Ate chicken tikka samosas and a handful of freeze dried blueberries. A couple hours later I’m violently projectile vomiting like the exorcist but red instead of green. Not sure which of the two items caused me to become ill but I did not eat or drink anything…
