UA 76 from Heathrow to Newark on Sunday Aug.6, 2017. Husband and I both extremely sick- both ate the chicken lunch served (or was it the pretzel? or the quinoa salad?) It was definitely something on flight- fever, chills and extreme diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Chills, Fever
