Carne Asada Causes Hospitalization

Ordered carne asada nachos. The sour cream and/or meat was bad. I have thrown up pretty much non stop paired with gnarly diarrhea. Had to go to the hospital to get an IV because it literally was purging any water I put in my body.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
