Blackberries, Protein Shake Illness

Blackberries and a protein shake in the morning - I was totally fine and by noon I was a totally different person. Had a 102* fever and couldn't get out of bed by 5pm. Two days later and I have diarrhea'd every shade of the rainbow, with no letting up.
