Cereal Causes Severe Nausea

I couldn't figure out y I was feeling nausea and diarrhea. Like really bad shivers and stomach ache. I wasn't able to eat the next day just an apple and banana. Still recovering. Never will I eat this cereal again. Gives me a bad taste in my mouth just thinking about it  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Stomach Pain

Are the chicken, afterwards looked near none there was raw meat. Haven’t been able to go to the doctor because I haven’t been able to get more than 10 steps from the toilet in the last 6 hours  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
