I had a bowl of lucky charms at 10 am by 12 I was cramping for several hours then diarrhea and vomiting! Once I got it all up and out I feel better just very tired and drained I was sick for about 6 hours. It was awful! I just bought the box about 2 weeks ago. No one else ate it but me

On multiple occasions and attempts at consuming ground turkey as a potential ground beef substitute, I've encountered the same issues time and again. Bloating, gas, severe runs, and cramps. The brand was called Jennie-O(s?), and tasted fine, was cooked thoroughly, but still yielded the same results.
