Ate walmart 98 cent prepackaged lettuce. Two days ago and again yesterday before realizing it was cause for my sickness. Few hours severe stomache cramps, diarrhea, vomiting and weakness.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Weakness
