Pepperoni Causes Recurring Diarrhea

Bridgford pepperoni. Horrible diarrhea within 6 hours of eating it. Bridgford pepperoni seems to always give me bad diarrhea. I thought it was from backpacking, but it seems to be from this pepperoni that I eat while backpacking.
