1am I ate chicken and tortilla soup at 1am while working. I was super nauseous and had extremely bad stomach pains. Today I woke up from a small nap at 245pm and I am experiencing severe diarrhea and vomiting My coworker at the wraps that were on the receipt and he was fine.

Lettuce Causes Severe Illness

After eating the pre-packaged shredded lettuce from their brand, both my boyfriend and myself got very sick. Symptoms including vomiting, dizziness, severe migraine.
