I bought a CARVEL ice cream cake 9/7 and immediately froze when I got to a party 1/2 mile away. The next day approximately 8-12 hrs,several of us complained of diarrhea and stomach spasms. I personally ate no other food there and those who reported symptoms ate the cake  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other

Purchased a box of lucky charms a month ago and have had bouts of severe diaherria so much so that I went and had a colonoscopy at 34 years old. Results were ulceration of the ileocecal valve with signs of previous infection. Did not suspect the cereal… See more

Oct 12, 2021. About 5 hours after eating a Marie Callender chicken pot pie. I had horrible stomach cramps and diarrhea. The diarrhea occurred 3 times during the night. I did not eat anything else so I know it was from the pot pie.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
