I ate a chicken sandwich and French fries with an iced sweet tea. After 30 minutes of eating I had diarrhea and it’s been going on for hours, I keep having to run to the bathroom. I’m so nauseous, dizzy and I feel disoriented. I felt totally normal before eating. 3/7/26 ordered my food around 6:30pm  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Headache

Went here Friday for lunch with my mother. We get home, about a few hours later, I get an upset stomach and nausea. Few hours after, nausea is still present only with vomiting this time.
