I got sick after eating Horner Chili Angus Beef Chili With Beans, Taken to the hospital by ambulance after collapsing a few hours after eating and having bad diarrhea. Had nausea and vomiting at the hospital.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
