I purchased a pre made charcuterie board from Wegmans on April 4, 2026. My husband and I were the only ones to eat the pepperoni from the charcuterie board and both got extremely sick. Still sick today (4/6) Extreme nausea, extreme vomiting, extreme diarrhea.

Pesto Pizza Illness Outbreak

I love Wegmans...however I got a pesto tomato/spinach pizza from there yesterday and probably 1 hr after eating it I started violently vomiting with chills and felt nauseous until I realized I had a 102 fever...even thinking about the pizza made me horribly sick.
