On 3/31/24 @9pm ordered 10 chicken nuggets, sweet and sour sauce, med fries, large chili, and coke zero. Everything seemed fine as I ate. By 1am I was surprisingly vomiting and had diarrhea. Continued every 30 mins or so thru the night and until mid-day on 4/1/24.…
