Nuggets Nighttime Nausea Alert - Wendy's, Cincinnati Ohio

On 3/31/24 @9pm ordered 10 chicken nuggets, sweet and sour sauce, med fries, large chili, and coke zero. Everything seemed fine as I ate. By 1am I was surprisingly vomiting and had diarrhea. Continued every 30 mins or so thru the night and until mid-day on 4/1/24. Vomiting was so violent that it continued even after there was seemingly nothing left in me. Anything I ate earlier that day was also consumed by others and no one else was sick. I'm the only one that had Wendy's that night. I honestly can't find anything else to blame. Onset was 3-4 hours after eating, and my final vomiting session was just about 12 hrs after onset. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
