My daughter who has vomited 10x now (not exaggerating) myself (her Mom) feel nauseas like I was gonna puke and my Son who has diarrhea all ate yesterday. 7/7/22.

Baked potato with cheese. I got very sick 20-40 min later. Threw up and stomach cramps. Cramps all night long and diarrhea. Still ill this morning. Unsure what to do
