I had a four for $4 with a jr bacon cheeseburger. Started having stomach pain about 30 mins to an hour after eating. Stomach pains persisted with varying levels for several hours accompanied by very bad diarrhea.

I ate a grilled chicken sandwich and baked potato got bad stomach cramps about 30 minutes after I ate , Just me got sick symptoms started 30 minutes after I ate
