Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
Suspected source: their raw hamburger
Onset: Same night and all day the next day
Duration: 24hr. and going
Sick: 1
Additional information: Saved the hamburger and I am taking her to the hospital
