Suspected source: Chicken sandwich
Onset: 12 to 24 hours
Duration: 12 to 24 hours
Additional information: Plane travel from Palm springs to Philadelphia, layover in Phoenix. Ate chicken sandwich at Phoenix airport. Watery diarrhea for two days after.

We were in the A terminal. Everything was closed except for a couple places with food. I got a to go container of veggies and hummus and have been sick for almost 3 full days with terrible diarrhea, nausea, and stomach pain.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
