Spicy Salad Illness Repeats

Twice in a row my fiancé and I had their spicy Cesar salad. I began vomiting the same night and my fiance had severe diarrhea. I wouldn't have suspected it the first time but the second time from the same location is disgusting. Not the only ones who have complained about this location lately.
