I ate at Wendys 3/9 at 9pm order the 4 for $4 meal. Bacon cheese burger, chicken nuggets and fries. An hour after I ate started experiencing my stomach upset than diarrhea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
