I ordered the chicken nugget meal, with fries and a sweet tea. About 30 minutes later I started experiencing symptoms of food poisoning.

Ate around 3:30 pm on 3/1/16. Ate the 4 for $4 meal. Chicken nuggets, fries and jr bacon cheeseburger. Started getting nausea, chills, fever and vomiting with stomach pain about 7 hrs later.
