Me and my friends arrived at the Applebee’s. It was happy hour there so aptizirs were half off. Me and my one friend both got boneless wings. We ate at around 5 pm An within an hour of leaving my friend has bad dieareah. I experienced it much later and it has keep me up very late into the night.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Ate around 3:30 pm on 3/1/16. Ate the 4 for $4 meal. Chicken nuggets, fries and jr bacon cheeseburger. Started getting nausea, chills, fever and vomiting with stomach pain about 7 hrs later.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain
