Ate 2 grilled chicken go wraps with cheese lettuce pickles and honey mustard sauce at 12pm. 12 hours later explosive watery diarrhea , no fever, no nausea. Diarrhea still present this morning   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
