My husband and I ate at Wendy’s in Henderson TN. We both had Chili and we also had their jr bacon cheese burger and the spicy chicken combo. We have been sick for 3 days now with severe cramps, diarrhea, gas and chills!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Gas, Cramps, Chills
