Bloody Vomit After Chicken

I ordered a chicken sandwich and a 10 piece meal and the day of me eating this meal later on that night all the way until the next day o had bloody throw up and bloody diarrhea I ate it Friday and it lasted until Sunday and a lil bit on Monday  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Bloody Stool
