Almorcé alrededor de las 11:30 a.m. nuggets de pollo y papas fritas; para cuando salí del trabajo, tenía un dolor de cabeza insoportable que se convirtió en fiebre, escalofríos y vómitos durante toda la noche. Todavía me siento terrible.

I simply ate a chicken sandwich and a few hours later, my body could not wait to reject it in any way possible. I lost a day of work and a day of ski instructing.
