J'ai déjeuné vers 11h30 avec des nuggets de poulet et des frites. Au moment où j'ai terminé le travail, j'avais un mal de tête atroce qui s'est transformé en fièvre, frissons et vomissements toute la nuit. Je me sens encore terrible.

I simply ate a chicken sandwich and a few hours later, my body could not wait to reject it in any way possible. I lost a day of work and a day of ski instructing.
