pan pizza with bacon and pepperoni and bell peppers and mild wings within 6-7 hours later i was throwing up and had really bad diarrhea and stomach cramps for hours until i visited the ER where i was diagnosed with food poisoning..

2 year old son was the only one to eat the pizza....throwing up about 5 hours later. Vomit turned into diarrhea halfway through the day and is going strong.
