3/21/2018 I ate a hamburger with lettuce and mayonnaise around 1:30. About 5:00 I started getting nauseous, then vomiting and diarrhea. I had slight fever and entire body aches.

Ate sonic burger with mayo and tomatoes. Started feeling sick about 4 hours later. Vomiting, stomach cramps
