12/3/23 Comí una lata de espaguetis con albóndigas hace un par de horas, empecé a tener calambres intensos y tuve que ir al baño. Tengo diarrea, náuseas y ahora estoy vomitando. Actualmente estoy sentado en el piso de mi baño pensando en dormir aquí. Me sangra la nariz por lo fuerte que vomito.
