I ate Boston Market on Saturday May 20th at the Boston Market around 38th and Chestnut. I ordered a meat loaf individual meal included russet potatoes sweet potato casserole sweet corn Mac and cheese as I only ate a few bites my stomach instantly started forcing me to be full. I had really bad diarrhea I starting getting a fever and feeling nauseous and then in a few seconds I ended up vomiting my food up. | Síntomas: Diarrea, Fiebre, Náusea, Vómitos
