Had Greek yogurt smoothie cups and oatmeal and hard boiled eggs for breakfast, and banana bread. Had coffee with half and half. Was my only meal. Later in the day, had cramping and diarrhea. I would possibly attributed to the yogurt smoothie that they have which is not on ice.
