I am writing regarding a recent experience I had at your restaurant. I want to start by saying that I have been coming to your restaurant since you first opened, and every interaction I have had with the staff has always been pleasant. Because of that, I was very disappointed by what happened during my recent visit.While eating my dessert, I found pieces of plastic inside of my food. I have attached a photo for reference. Although I did receive a refund, I do not feel that the situation was fully addressed. Since biting into the plastic, I have been experiencing pain in my tooth, and the experience has left me very concerned about the overall food safety and quality control at the restaurant.
I understand that your restaurant may be very busy, especially with how popular it has become, but I truly feel there needs to be more attention given to quality and safety checks before food is served to customers. Situations like this can become dangerous and could seriously harm someone.
Again, I appreciate the kindness of your staff and the fact that a refund was provided, but I hope this concern is taken seriously so future customers do not experience the same issue. I would appreciate hearing what steps will be taken moving forward to improve food quality and safety procedures.
