I ate approximately at 12;30 PM. I ordered my usual, a #11. I modify mine with no cheese tomato or mayo, but add onions, sauce and oregano. I noticed within the first couple of bites that it tasted a little different, but I didn’t care because I haven’t drank or ate anything yet. About an hour after I ate the whole sandwich, my stomach started to feel really weird and I randomly felt extremely exhausted. I got home and tried to take a nap and lay down for awhile because usually that makes me feel better. I randomly got the urge to vomit, which I did for a good 15 minutes straight, following by unsuspected and uncontrollable diharrea. This happened a day ago and nothing has improved and I have no appetite whatsoever. I can’t even digest liquids because I throw everything up, including water. | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Vómitos
